Refund Policy

1. Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee of $97 is charged at the time of subscription. This fee covers account configuration, phone number provisioning, and AI assistant setup.
If you cancel your subscription during or after the 7-day trial period, you may request a refund of the setup fee within 7 days of the original charge.
Important — Payment Processing Fee Deduction
All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe charges a non-refundable processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. This fee is deducted from the collected amount at the time of payment and is not returned to us upon refund.
Therefore, any approved refund of the $97 setup fee will be issued minus the payment processing fee:
- Stripe fee on $97: ~$3.11 (2.9% × $97 + $0.30)
- Amount refunded to you: ~$93.89
2. Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard and you will retain access through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days.
3. Trial Period
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged for your monthly subscription until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged the monthly fee.
Note: The setup fee is charged at checkout, before the trial begins. It is subject to the refund terms described in Section 1 above.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge:
- Email: support@techflow.cloud
- Include your account email and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. The net amount (after Stripe's processing fee) will be refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge.
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Monthly subscription fees after the trial period has ended.
