Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using TechFlow AI (a product of Summit Digital Holdings LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

TechFlow AI provides AI-powered phone receptionist software. We are a software platform — we are not a phone carrier, answering service, or licensed contractor referral service. You remain responsible for all interactions with your callers and customers.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be a business owner or authorized representative of the business using the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of TechFlow AI complies with all applicable laws, including call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Plans, Billing & Trials

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • A one-time setup fee of $97 is charged at checkout for all plans. This fee is collected before the trial begins and covers account configuration, phone number provisioning, and AI assistant setup.
  • All plans include a 7-day free trial with a limit of 50 minutes of AI call usage. Once you reach the 50-minute trial limit, incoming calls will not be answered until you complete your subscription.
  • Your monthly subscription fee is charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. The setup fee may be refunded within 7 days of the charge — see our Refund Policy for details.
  • All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. Minute Limits & Overages

Each plan includes a monthly minute allowance. Minutes reset each billing cycle. Calls that exceed your included minutes may be paused or billed as overages depending on your plan. Ultra plan users with BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) are billed directly by VAPI for usage beyond what is included.

6. SMS Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from TechFlow AI at the phone number provided during registration. Messages include lead alerts, appointment notifications, account updates, and billing reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. 7. Acceptable Use

You may not use TechFlow AI to:

  • Conduct illegal telemarketing or robocalling.
  • Harass, deceive, or defraud callers.
  • Violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any applicable telecommunications law.
  • Impersonate emergency services or government agencies.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms immediately and without refund.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TechFlow AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, 100% call accuracy, or specific business outcomes (leads, bookings, revenue). AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate — you should monitor your AI receptionist regularly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Digital Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TechFlow AI. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
