1. Program Description

TechFlow AI (a product of Summit Digital Holdings LLC) sends SMS messages to registered business clients. Messages include lead alerts from your AI phone receptionist, appointment confirmations, account notifications, and billing reminders.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the consent checkbox on the registration form at techflow.cloud/register. By checking that box and submitting the form, you consent to receive the messages described above at the phone number you provide.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive messages whenever your AI receptionist captures a new lead, an appointment is confirmed or cancelled, or there is an account/billing event.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. TechFlow AI does not charge separately for SMS messages — they are included as part of your subscription.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You can re-subscribe by replying START at any time.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on most US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
